If you’re not paying them $.70 or more per mile or better yet an hourly honest flat rate salary they’re never gonna be happy because you can’t get the miles with this freight market so Pam a flat salary of $1800 every week minimum for qualified drivers I’ve got 35 1/2 years 4,000,000 miles no accidents I’ll come to work for you
