Hurricane Ian in South Florida Part 1

The outer bands of Hurricane Ian brought rain to South Florida on September 26. The next day, the storm brought torrential rains that when combined with king tide season -- when the sun and the moon are in a position that creates higher than normal tides -- resulted in flooding in low elevation neighborhoods near the Intracoastal Waterway.
