Hey so I filmed this video a while ago trying to get ahead for a trip we had to cancel due to hurricane Milton! - life goes on were not worried about the trip- but I’ll talk more about Milton and prep in the next video!!
I wanted to share that as I type this hurricane Milton is making landfall here in Florida, we are in Tampa and are safe.
(Not in an evacuation zone) We have had a lot of rain and wind! Second time in 30 years they’ve sent out an extreme wind advisory! And wow.

but so far we are fine in comparison to those on the coast. We have been without power since 7pm Wednesday night weve had some trees fall and will know kore tomorrow as the sun comes up ♥️ but we are safe.
Thanks for all the love and well wishes. We are sending prayers to everyone affected. We love the city of Tampa and our state so much. It’s hard to fathom the amount of devistation these storms have brought.

Hope y'all are ok. Helene hit us in Georgia and demolished our entire town. We rode it out, and i will never do it again. Cat 2 high winds. We heard so much ripping metal, and the winds were howling. The trees snapping. And my glass doors trying to be sucked out. I held the doors with all my might and prayed for 45 minutes. We also had 18 confirmed tornadoes 🌪 and 30 unconfirmed. My downtown area is devastated 💔

I hope everyone is ok from Milton. You are right Kim. The hurricane was overwhelming and it truly does make you feel helpless. "Do not withhold food from those to whom it is due. When it is in the power of your hand to do so." Proverbs 3:27. This verse sent me to Mississippi after Hurricane Katrina hit. I had the pleasure of helping those affected. It was a true blessing to have been able to go. I so wish I could go and help all the Helene victims but sadly I can't. I just help however else I can. You do what you can and if everyone does something it truly makes a difference💓

The comments on this video that are assuming that this was filmed like, yesterday and she posted it this morning while sipping her water on her back porch are baffling to me. She clearly films well in advance (several days at a minimum) and the videos are in a queue to upload on KZbin. So people really think she was shopping at Costco and going to the gym on Wednesday and then got up on Thursday morning and just uploaded what she filmed? She has to edit the video, etc etc. Its a process. It will be a couple more days at least before we get a video that may have possibly been filmed during or post storm with any updates on how they fared. Come on, people. 🤦🏻‍♀️

I can totally relate to how you are feeling. I watched so many videos on you tube from the most unfortunate traumatically hit in NC and cry with them.
