Well when I was a young kid a fan of Albion back in the 60s and 70s when ever we played the Cherries, Saints or Pompey it was a local derby because it was,I don't think it's changed even games against Reading, Swindon and Gillingham were derbys,been to watch Albion play at Dean Court a few times never seen us win there though a few draws, will be a very hard game.

Why would he talk about him? He’s not doing enough to start. Being one of the big fish in the tiny Paraguay pond probably doesn’t help him, he’s definitely got the talent and the skills, but it’s all about buying into the new style and committing to learning, unfortunately you get the impression he already thinks he’s the finished article, and he ain’t.

Don’t know who the journalist was (not a local one) who said it’s a derby match against Bournemouth. But to all the national press, please don’t call this a “South Coast Derby” because it’s absolutely not. There is no derby rivalry with Southampton or Portsmouth or Bournemouth. We merely all happen to be located on the south coast and that’s all. Besides, we are the Pride of the South Coast. UTA. 💙🤍💙🤍
