courts should stop entertaining these types of lies, it is clearly perjury from wife side and she should be jailed for this. It is not easy to find and prove all these facts so easily. Maintenance should only be given for sometime. Nowadays a woman can easily earn.

Court expect Assistance from Advocates, there are provisions to summon the records, in the above case it looks like the Advocate might not have been aware of the provisions via which he can compel the spouse or the concerned authority to produce the documents. Whether it is perjury or not is a matter of enquiry and evidences, every party says that the opposite party is lying how will court understand they themselves are overburden with work.

@@ChetanLakhanpal1 courts believe a woman blindly and need proof for each thing for a man? We all know what a rotten corrupt judicial system we have. There is no point in denying this fact, as acceptance is the first step towards improvement. If courts are really overburdened, why they do not take perjury seriously? If they start punishing liar women too, then no more these millions of bogus cases will be filed anymore. But the reality is in the name of law, all they are doing is running an extortion racket and wasting time of countless men in this country.

The husband should also explore the option of filing a Tax Evasion Petition (TEP) on the wife with the tax authorities as the wife is clearly cheating the exchequer by hiding her income.

Take that order copy in which court ascertain that she has hide her income attach an application for section 340 crpc and record your submissions before court in regard to that And argue on that application
