I'm starting medical school this fall. The positive message of belongingness even when we don't always feel like we belong is much appreciated. As a black American and woman who's starting a second professional career in my 30s, many times, I've found myself in spaces where my competence has been questioned outright and without cause. Often I question it myself. But I feel so blessed to have had these opportunities and it's helpful to hear you utter these reminders that we too belong. So thanks! And hubby did a great job! Props!!

Omg Patrick, thank you for discussing impostor syndrome. It describes perfectly how I've felt throughout pharmacy school, residency, and even now as I start my professional career. I'm working on knowing my self-worth and feeling like I do belong, but it's sooo reassuring to know that I'm not alone

I noticed I haven't seen a video of you where you straighten your hair. Is that one reason why you have such beautiful hair length?
