'Husband has no control over wife's stridhan' - here's what SC said

The Supreme Court has reiterated that stridhan is an “absolute property” of a woman, and while the husband has no control over it, he can use it in times of distress, but has a "moral obligation" to restore it or its value to his wife. When I got married, my parents saved for decades and bought a good amount of gold jewellery for my ex wife. She gave all that gold to her father and also cheated on me with her sister's husband. But hey, I am just another man who can just rot. I live in the US and I see the same thing here too. The basic idea of any judiciary seems to be: "Women can go around doing whatever she wants, and men should just shut up!". To those who are not married, DO NOT get married and stay away from women. There is nothing you will get and there is a LOT to lose. I don't hate women at all, but I will not want to buy a slice a pizza for a million dollars.

Think about what a desperate person in a desperate situation could do to their spouse if they know that they will have to pay huge amounts of money if they separated. More than 90% of the time, it will result in a "permanent disappearance" of the wife, since they will just say "Court mein kaun jayega, 1 lakh Police SI ko dedo, 2 lakh lawyers/court wagerah ko, uske baad wife ko gayab kardo. Naa rahegi baans, naa bajegi bansuri." Yaha log ₹60 ke liye gale kaat dete Hain ek dusre ke. By doing this, the SC is further displaying how unaware it is about the ground realities in India. Par Mi lord ko woke colleges bhi toh jaana hai. Apparently, jabtak chakke naphunsak jaise behave naa karo, tabtak judge nahi banate. Just look at them, no defense of culture, traditions or the actual justice. They just made situations far more riskier and dangerous for the wife herself since the risk of loss is massive now, now that there is not even fair equal justice anymore legally, through their own words.

Wife is the absolute owner of her income and wealth. Husband is the absolute owner of his income and wealth. shelter and food are Husband's responsibility Salaries of House maid and cook are wife's responsibility Educational expenditure of children also wife's responsibility. Spouses may give gifts to each other. This is Islamic law. Keeping income and wealth to themselves by both the spuses and sharing all the expenses like roommates can be ideal secular law.

Thatswhy i want everyone to ask for dowry, calculate dowry amount on basis of your income and property you have and go for it because if you don't, you will not get any justice from court....for ex.what if after marriage you come to know that your wife is sleeping with someone else. According to SC this is legal, if you apply for divorce than you have to pay alimony and half salary, you have done nothing wrong yet you will only suffer. If a women get cheated she can easily leave you amd will gain alimony. So, boys plz don't fall in a trap of morality, frist secure your future. Dowry is nothing but security money
