@@armstrong_007 ,Ugali is a form of bread "for lack of a better word"which not baked but cooked using maize flour. Maize flour is added into a boiling water and mixed thoroughly until it's well compacted

@@AnnetteandSlavi WOW that is awesome..that means it's organic and safe...I gather some store bought brands can be contaminated....we don't prepare it like that in Jamaica but we make a sort of cornmeal dumpling that is firmer...and our food is very hot peppery spicy..more like West Africa...and we eat yams, plantains...sweet potatoes...boiled green bananas.
