Buy him a child's play laptop and cell phone. Teach him at an early age boundaries. Don't let him do whatever he wants. You can teach him at a very early age how to use a laptop, but do not allow him to break yours. The earlier we teach boundaries to our children with love the better it will be for them and for you.
