"Just another typical day in the life with a husky. This video captures Aspen's excitement after the first snowfall of the winter season and her making the decision to not come inside after many attempts. Aspen has quite the sense of humor and decided she was going to make a big game out of this situation. End result was we finally got her inside after about 30 mins of this silliness, but we’re pretty sure our neighbors got a good laugh as well."

Aspen looks so graceful jumping over the fence! Why can't she stay outside in the snow all day? I've seen huskies refuse to come inside during a snow blizzard. That's their natural place in the universe and they love it❤️

If one leaves a husky outside during first snowfall, they’d be more than happy to be there. Huskies are intelligent beings. They’ll allow their humans to think they’re in charge, when in fact, the husky does what they want most of the time, while being playful about it all.

My husky was the same, she didn't want to go inside when it was winter and snow. And many, many times, she stayed outside on my balcony when it was winter. It was simply too hot inside. For those who don't know huskies, like most dogs, but more importantly huskies, they shed their fur twice a year so that they have a big undercoat in the winter and a lesser one in the summer.

I have a Husky named Indigo and she is the same way!!! Loves the snow…. And water! I’ve had many breeds, mostly large breeds and she is the most talkative and has the biggest personality out of all of them. They truly are a breed apart, you can see how close that Husky’s are to the true nature of the Wolf!! Smart, Stubborn, Loyal and Fearless and she loves with all of her heart!! She loves everyone and everything…. I got her at 8 weeks old, she’s 17 months now and she’s such a huge Blessing in my life!! Thank you for sharing Aspen…. This video made me laugh and smile!!
