Good information, Yeah somebody commented on that bolt being too long because there's a chain guard That goes there also is one of the worst things Is that husqvarna ever put on a saw. 1st thing it doesn't guard the chain it hopefully guards your leg from getting cut by the chain if it comes off. What it actually does to the chain if it comes off, it trashes the chain when runs across that so called chain guard. Good job Husqvarna, now work on that air filter situation for that 562xp. Maybe look at some examples if you guys can't figure it out on some other saws from some other companies. Because the new air filter that you guys put out for that upgrade it doesn't work either.

Had this happen to my 1984 154SE, I'll be honest I thought it was one big rubber bush and I just rammed 2 large decking screws into the rubber that was left - you do what you can to get working and it holds really well 🤦♂ Now im feart to take them out because I know now they are 2 smalles bushes and they long screws will have gone somewhere 😂

Funny enought I just did a similar job, building a couple junk pile saws, a 630 J-red on 61 cases and a 268 non-xp.

My junk pile builds have been giving me some pretty good greif too. The intake blocks never seem to seal well, been in n out of the carbs multiple time. New seals, split the cases cause one blew out the gasket in the crankcase.
