i greased the head on my 525l with high temp grease and it feels way smoother than factory grease.

Good comparison review quite helpful as I'm deciding between the two for my lawncare business. I will most likely go with 535. I currently use a 525 at my job (not mine) and for very tall thick grass it is just a little bit underpowered, though it gets through it, it can bog down easily. It might be lighter but if it takes you 30% longer because you have to go slower, then I'm guessing you get just as fatigued using either machine, but the bigger engine will finish faster, and as for the fuel consumption, labour is more expensive than fuel so still a saving in cost. The shaft coming out of the attachments is very annoying and almost a deal breaker for me, however the only other quality combination tool of the equivalent power (at least in Australia) is the stihl km 131r which is a 4 stroke 😑

How much grease did you use after taking it all apart?

Took my finger and spread it across the shaft from top to bottom, but not excessively

do you know if the 535LK will accept TrimmerPlus brand attachments? The shaft diameter for TrimmerPlus is 1" but it seems the Husqvarna shaft is slightly smaller diameter?

I have a LD128 I'm thinking of upgrading, is the disconnect system the same as on the LD128? (Square piece inside with push-in ball thing on the side rhat snaps into place so you can tighten the wingnut??)

Thanks for the great run through! Do you happen to know what the correct tool is to adjust the L and H carb screws on the 525LK carb? Mine is revving way too high at idle!
