Had a similar issue with a craftsman model. The inner race was frozen to the shaft as well. Had to pound out the race to get the asjuster off.

It does not seem like a good setup, you would think there would be a better way to build them.

That looks like it was some what expensive to get the drive Wheels and the other drive system parts replaced riding mower king 👑

Love them mowers I have 2 of the rear wheel drive ones and they really get a work out! Nice repair💯👍🏾

It was a little pricey, I think just over $100 in parts with the oil and air filter. But the owner really likes this mower. And a new one with these features is probably over $600 now.
