UPDATE:1 year and still cranks within the first 2-3 pulls. Probably will buy another when this one finally does bite the dust kzbin.infoUgkx43QMbQqu67IZadu9ou8Sg1BdrunMRNqX . No issues at all. Very happy with it.UPDATE: After 6 months of use and over 70 uses I would still highly recommend this pressure washer. It does vibrate a decent amount but never had it “walk” like others have mentioned. No oil leaks, still seems to run like the day I bought it. Still cranks within 2-3 pulls every time. Very happy with my purchase!Have used it about a dozen times now. Plenty of power, cranks up on 1-2 pulls every time. My only complaint would be I wish it was a little taller to make it easier to walk with it (hits my ankles a lot) and that the two hose connections were a little further apart but it hasn’t caused me any issues. Seems to run a good 1-1/2-2 hrs on a full tank, overall a well built machine and definitely worth the money in my opinion.

Where do you put the oil? It has 2 yellow things where you're supposed to add the oil
@westhavenor95132 жыл бұрын
I just put mine together and it started right up, first pull! Fyi, my instructions say fill the oil up until it starts dribbling out, the way you would fill a car differential. So I guess I ignore the dipstick index? If you have access to an ethanol-free gas station, use that fuel. Lasts twice as long before gumming things up. It's about $6 a gallon here in Oregon for 92 octane (about 70 cents more than E10). I use it in my chainsaw and dirt bike too.

@@eliotlazo541 well first I have to ask you if you have it turned on. If you do, push both of the little fuel throttles wide open away from the motor. Pull it once. It should act like it wants to start. Then push the top throttle all the way towards the motor and pull again. It should start up. If you have a water hose connected to it and the cord is hard to pull. Disconnect the water hose and let the water drain out of the pump. If it doesn’t start up after all of this, I would take it back to Costco.

This happened to me as well. Started right up but no out flowing water. Long story short, I hooked it all up and started it. Then I took the heel of my boot and tapped the pump right at the unloader valve -- that spring coil looking thing -- and it started to work. My best guess is that the steel ball at the tip of the unloader valve simply got stuck in a position that was blocking the water and the tapping of the boot on the pump freed it up. My PW is working great now. Hope that helps.

As far as getting the engine to start, I had to swing the choke to the right, do a couple of pulls, then swing it to the left for a couple of pulls and that did it. Of course, the fuel valve was open. Good luck

Hello. Thanks for a great video sir. The manual leaves a bit to be desired (dont they all :) , so I was hoping you could help me with a few questions? Even tho mine is the 'same' model (PW3200) as yours (and bought from Costco July 15th 2021), the pump 'body' casting ( 2:02 minutes in) and layout of/and connectors are similar though significantly different in design. There are several screws and 'thingies' (lol ) that protrude off the pump casting that are not mentioned at all in the manual, but clearly are intended for some sort of use and/or adjustment.1. There is one that has a round black plastic cap with some sort of little tubular thing coming off it. The plastic 'cap' spins with a little finger pressure, but does not seem to want to 'come off', and I am not pushing that, not wanting to break anything. Your washer seems to have a similar black plastic 'thingy', albeit in a different location on the pump 'housing'. Any help or guesses? 2. Mine has a 'stand' with a fairly heavy 'coiled spring' with a nut/ small screw ( some sort of adjustment? ) . Yours seems to have a similar 'stand' but without a spring between the pump body and the nut/adjustment screw. Any ideas or guesses as to the usage? 3. Mine has a small brass screw that is tapped for an Allen wrench that is seated in the pump casting? Does yours, and if so, what is IT for ? 4. Your soap tank input hose in the pump body may also have an 'auxiliary' input for a external soap input? Mine does not, unless one of the previously mentioned 'thingies' are intended for that. Though looking at the soap input on mine vs. yours, I dont thin mine does have the capability of an auxiliary larger external soap tank. I wish Husqv would have done a lot better at the manual, sigh. I tried their web site, but they do not bother to include support or documentation for the Costco version of a 3200 psi washer at all. Thanks again for a great video. I see you have several other vid for this same washer, and I imagine those are equally well done. Eric

I got one at cosco too with the 80$ discount. When I unboxed it, I was dissapointed because there is not paper how to ensamble it, even that is not brainer to put it togheter, there were 2 nuts missing and also doesn't explain nothing about the oil. dip stick shows it has some, but there is nothing explaining like you did. I tried to contact them to make sure but no customer number. They say that they will contact you in 24 to 48 hrs. I also think strap it wont be easy to use it every time. So far, I am not very happy, Price it was ok and 7 yrs warranty. I wish that came a cut off valve for the gas. I wish they put an specific amount of oil , for example 5 oz, at factory and if you know that this machine takes 20 oz, so you know what it will take EXACLY to fillup.

I was disappointed in the strap also, they certainly cheaped out on that!

I also got the $80 discount at Costco. I almost bought it last week when we were there when it was $349, but our cart was full, and we hadn't brought the pickup. Got the flyer and saw the discount - good timing on my part :) I also was missing 2 of the nuts, and also no assembly instructions. Rather cheesy I thought, so I got on line and found this video. It was how I thought, but I was wondering about the 2 missing wing nuts.

Bruh Costco be cheating us out on our nuts man! My boss picked this up on the fly when one of our mi-t-m's started having issues and it didn't come with the small bolts for the plate on the handle bar 🤨

Thank goodness for this video. I'd heard rumors the item had issues because ppl did not read the full instructions that come with it and often don't get the oil quite right. Well... let me tell you there were no instructions other than to text STARTING to 33988 for a video that would show how t assemble it and start it up. Of course that didn't work. so before packing it up and dragging it back to COSTCO I hit KZbin and found this video. Thank God. Clean clear instructions. Out to start it up and do my deck, car, stone wall, ... going to go have fun I am, thanks to this video.

Hi Guys, I’m new to this Can I wash my Car with 40 degree nozzle while keeping it little bit away so it doesn’t damage paint? Other thing how much oil it should show on dip stick? Thanks for sharing your video my friend

The 40 degree will be fine to use, and the oil should be atleast in the middle of the dipstick. :)

Got mine at Costco yesterday as well. Have you guys used it yet? One thing I don’t like about it is that the pressure isn’t at a constant. It’ll push great for about 2 seconds and then it’ll stop. Then it’ll build up more pressure and shoot.. then it’ll stop. Am I doing something wrong?
@jdye823 жыл бұрын
@@johntall124 I haven't used mine yet but the first thing I noticed in the documentation was that it doesn't like ethanol gas above E10. If you put regular E15 or more pump gas in you'll need to add a stabilizer. Also, make sure the oil level is right.

Just used all weekend. It works great!!! Did you guys use fuel stabilizer? I had gas and choke set all the way to the right for start up.
@TheCnelson33 жыл бұрын
Fresh premium gas bought that day. I did a little more research and I wonder if the gas cap isn’t venting properly. It’s been a problem before. Gas flows into the float (carb) and leaves a vacuum in the tank if the cap doesn’t vent properly. I already returned it because I started getting angry after pulling the starter cord so much that I got tired. I might try to rebuy it and figure this out. It really worked well when it was running.
@Letitflow1-1-1-13 жыл бұрын
I'm going to use mine again in a couple days. Hopefully no issues. But def try the fuel stabilizer. That's the only thing I've done different than you. Used 87 oct from Mobil. Maybe their ethanol % is lower compared to other stations. Who knows
