Still using it strong today. No regrets and still working as good as day 1. Like I mentioned the video, never run the pump dry, always use the fuel shut off when turning it off, and lastly, once it's off, depress the hose one last time to relave the pressure before disconnecting the hose.

I've used this sprayer several times now on brick pavers, a wood deck, patio, and a driveway. kzbin.infoUgkx43QMbQqu67IZadu9ou8Sg1BdrunMRNqX It has performed as expected on all surfaces. For larger areas like the decks and patios, I think I will be looking into a surface cleaner attachment to speed up the job, or at least make it a little easier. Hose and sprayer connections are tool-less, tight, and quick. I used the yellow nozzle on the concrete/brick surfaces, and the pressure was adequate for cleaning those surfaces.I am disappointed that these units are still being shipped with a nozzle storage holder that allows them to vibrate out of the holder way too easily and become lost, but I don't want to knock off a star for that reason. The functional part of the washer works very well, so I would recommend this product.

I bought this washer in July of 2021, but didn't use it until this month (Nov 2023). It started without a problem and ran great... for about 30 minutes. The engine shut itself down about 30 minutes into the project, as if it ran out of gas or someone flipped the ON/OFF switch. But, it had fuel in the tank. I turned off the water and let it set for about half an hour, then started it back up. It ran like a champ for all of 6 minutes before it shut down again. I packed it up and put it away for a couple of days. Today, I checked all the nuts and bolts, tightened a few, filled the gas tank and started it up again. It performed beautifully for about 30 minutes and, again, it shut itself off. If I can find a solution online somewhere, its going back to Costco. Such a shame... it's a nice pressure washer.

Mine does the same ran for 30 minutes then it ran for like 10 minutes. A guy that works for a pressure washer company. Suggested I look for a loose soap hose connection. So far everything looks tight. So I’m testing it out one more time then back to Costco it will go. I really like the machine so far.

I use the power button to shut off and its been fine for 2+ years. I only use fuel shut-off last time before winter. But listen my real question is this: when you put soap in the reservoir and your multi wand on soap setting, what do you do to stop using soap? (I unplug the soap hose from under the pump but i'm looking for a more efficient way)...thanks!
@Mr-Chris3 ай бұрын
The soap reservoir is activated when you use low pressure nozzle like the "soap nozzle" on the wand, also if you don't put any nozzle on the wand, soap will still come out. The pump feels less resistance and automatically starts to siphon soap from the reservoir. When you switch to a high pressure nozzle on the wand, the soap will stop as the pump is working harder due to resistance not allowing soap to be siphoned anymore. You don't need to disconnect the soap hose. Yes there might be a little soap that may continue to

Thanks for the video!

I used a Huskvarna 3200 video to get me going when I first bought it from Costco a year or so ago. It worked GREAT. I just set it up again, by the book, and attached the garden hose and turned on the water to get rid of any air in the pump line, as told to do in the instructions, prior to starting the engine. Nothing happened. No water came out of the connection for the power hose. When I started to unscrew the input connection a little bit of water squirted back. The screen looks ok. Any ideas or suggestions? Thanks much, man!

We have a super silly question…how do you switch from soap back to water? We have the same model but there are a few differences one of those is we still have the 4 different nozzles. Do you just switch the tip?? So confused…Thanks!
@Mr-Chris6 ай бұрын
The nozzle, when you use the soap nozzle, the pressure washer senses the low pressure and pulls soap from the soap Reservoir. When you switch to a high pressure nozzle, it stops pulling from soap and only uses water.

Hi Chris, I have this exact model. I would have it run fine for about an hour, then I took a break. After the break, the unit would run for about 15 minutes then turns itself off. I'd wait for a few minutes to restart, then it would run for another 5 minutes then stops again. Each time, it gets shorter and shorter! Do you think it is because it gets too hot? Kind of strange if that is how it works. I've had this unit for about a year and this is my 2nd time using it. Any advice is greatly appreciated!
@Mr-Chris2 ай бұрын
It might be a dirty carburetor. The good thing is that engine is easy to work on if you are willing to do so. Shut off the fuel and take the carburetor off to disassemble and clean. There's lots of youtube videos that shows how to do this. My advice is if you are willing to do this yourself, take pictures of how it looks like before you take it apart. These engines are not difficult to work on and are designed to be maintained.
@deenugent4732 ай бұрын
@@Mr-Chris Thanks Chris. I let it cool off and continued to work the next day. It ran for an hour a half without turning off. Somehow, if it ran for that long time, take a 15 break and restart, then it would not stay on. Sounds like a thermal sensor or something? Thanks for your feedback Chris.

Hi, appreciate your video. I tried to start my 2022 same model pressure washer but it would shut off when I slid the choke over to run. On my last attempt, I think the pull cord bound up because now it won’t pull out more than a few inches. Thoughts? This is my first gas power washer. I’m tempted to take off the start cord cover but that might be a disaster. Thank you.
@leesluga545 Жыл бұрын
if an engine only runs with the choke on, then it's not getting enough fuel through the carburetor normally, it likely needs cleaned. You should be able to safely unbolt the starter housing without anything going flying so you can at least see if something is stuck or whatever.
@danburch99898 ай бұрын
I have that same pressure washer from Costco. Mine seems to run at a very high RPM. Seems like it's pushing 4000 RPMs. I have a tachometer on order. Does yours seem to run too fast? Those small engines can run above 3600 RPMs for too long.

Been a while so how's it starting? I have same and it starts hard. I know how to use a choke & good gas & etc.
@Mr-Chris2 жыл бұрын
Since I always starve the carburetor dry of gas when I am done washing (instead of turning off by switch)... It takes about a few pulls to start. My sequence is I turn the fuel on with choak but leave the switch off, I do a few light pulls to get gas in carburetor. Then I turn on the switch and it typically starts on the first pull.

You don't need a receipt, but you need to have bought it from Costco. they can search your history and verify that you bought it when you return it. If you bought it second hand, Costco won't return it as they won't be able to find a record of you purchasing it.

Currently at Costco looking at a pressure washer that looks the same as yours but I'm assuming it's a new model... JDX208 208cc $389.99. @Mr-Chris Жыл бұрын
I find it easier to drain it from the carburetor drain plug. Make sure your fuel shut off is off and open the drain plug, some gas will pour out, then using a container with a funnel under the carburetor, open the fuel shutoff and let the gas drain out. Here's a good overview from another manufacturer, but the practice is the same. wenproducts.com/blogs/resource-center/how-to-drain-your-generators-carburetor-for-storage
