Thank you very much for the upload, it's common on these bikes for the stator to go.

do you think you could repair the same stator i have one

How do you wire it up to the plug? Which pole goes where?
@bbbikeshop83592 жыл бұрын
The 3 A/C charging output wires goes to the yellow wires (in any order). The Red wire connects to the start of the source coil winding and the Black wire connects to the output of the source coil winding.

Do you still offer repair? My pulsar trigger was destroyed in the exact situation. Replaced flywheel too with RO610.

I can do the repair/rewind on these stators, unfortunately I am unable to supply replacement Pickup (Pulse triggers) although I have had stators in for repair with different Pickups fitted, but I am not sure what they are originally fitted to?

@@bbbikeshop8359 see as you have a way to test the rewound stator, do you have a way to test the other coils for their compatibility?

Just a quick explanation on how more and less turns would change output, how thicker or thinner wire effects output. And maybe stronger or weaker magnets.

I need to find this stator!!! Mine is all messed up and all the ones I find only have 3 wires and a round plug! Please help
@bbbikeshop83592 жыл бұрын
I can only rewind your stator but if it's severely damaged then there is not a lot I can do, sorry. The stator fitted to some of the Cagiva Canyons and W16s are the same stator but has different connections on the end of the wires.
