I have a 2023 Husqvarna YTH1942 model that had about 8 hours on the motor when the motor locked up and wouldn't start or move. I bought a 5 year warranty and it took 5 weeks to get it back. The motor was reported to be obsolete. It was purchased the last week of May 2023. I don't know what has happened to quality control on Husqvarna mowers. It's SAD. I fell for your problems. I fell I made a big mistake buying this mower.

Try cleaning the top of panel that holds the lower steering. Mud, lawn clippings and crud get caught in this area and won't let the clutch belt fully engage. I have a 2010 model that I have to clean each year. This covers almost all lawn and garden tractors, with this style of steering. Husqvarna, Craftsman just to name a few.

Yeah I clean Ll that and the deck after every use

What were you doing to break the frame? Pulling something heavy or just mowing? Even my Cub Cadet lasted 12 yrs.

Just mowing, I tow everything with my wheeler

Did you try purging the air in the transmission?

Dealer confirmed tranny was junk. No I wouldn't want to void my warranty.

That sucks man, i have same mower with 20 hours on it. Did you say they replaced the frame already?

Yes, trans bolt came out and a bracket was loose. Witch caused the whole frame to twist. And they replaced it.

Not til spring. And the nice one caught fire this summer after 20 years its toast.
