I own a fairly decent sized florist. I used to have 2 locations but last year I closed one. I started selling on Poshmark last year after my mom was diagnosed with terminal cancer. Thrifting was my therapy. Thank you for sharing the ropes with us! I am also a mom of 2 kids, and we fostered 4 month old twins 2 years ago. I don’t know how we do it, but I give all the glory to God. My mom died in February and I was her only child (she was widowed). We are stronger than we think. Hang in there. You are doing an amazing job!

Ashley, I don't have a clue why I watch your videos because I'm not a reseller nor do I go to garage sales. I'm a retired grandma who loves crafts. That said I always smile when I see your videos pop up. You are so fun. So sincere. And you could probably sell ice to Eskimos. I'm glad you are turning the postpartum corner and felt comfortable with sharing. Young motherhood is no joke. Hang in there and know we're here for you. ❤❤♥️

Thank you so much for sharing some personal thoughts. Life is stages I have discovered at the age of 72. I raised my kids and helped with grandkids and was looking at a relaxing retirement but now I’m caring for my very sick husband. It’s been a struggle. Reselling has been my godsend quite frankly. I love the business and it helps to pay for a lot of things we couldn’t otherwise afford as well as giving me an outlet. Your vids are definitely a bright spot so please remember that you are positively impacting a lot of people whenever you feel down. All the best to you and your family.

I have no idea how people have children and make a living. I am single in my 40s and work a demanding job. I cannot imagine coming home from work and taking care of anything more than my 2 dogs and cat. Feeding, supporting, loving, preparing kids for the next day sounds daunting. I give you so much credit.

Who doesn’t like treats?! I treat myself fairly frequently in some way or another. Sometimes it’s a Mt Dew for going grocery shopping when I didn’t want to….a cookie for cleaning the dreaded coffee maker I’ve been putting off…treats are life!

Last week I made the really difficult decision to drop my FT job to PT to pursue my eBay business more seriously and have more time with my kids. Great job keeping it real! I am the mom of 2 grown sons and a grandma to a 3 year old grandson. Being a mom is tough! Raising sons is tough! Working and raising kids is tough, but it is so rewarding! I am so blessed with my sons, daughter in laws and grandson! You do an amazing job! Treats are just positive reinforcement for a job well done! : ) i think that you should have way more treats!

I’m 65 and those days if peanut butter on the walls are over, but trust me I still remember being overwhelmed as a first time Momma. You don’t get enough sleep, you eat what you can grab and it’s our nature to take care of everybody in our lives and it’s hard! You are doing an amazing job! I’m so thrilled that young people are buying used clothing and reselling. I’m 70 and my 3 kids always wore the cutest thrifted clothes growing up. Seems like they only got new things from Nordstrom etc on birthdays and Christmas but even then I loved the used stuff more. I loved finding gems for cheap. And now my grandkids are loving the best things I find them when I hit the GW and Value Village etc. Makes me happy and they appreciate the savings and want to come along with me🥰

Yesss! First of all, amazing scores at that first sale! But really, I'm right there with you. You are one of the most down to earth and genuine resellers. I have a 6yo, 3yo, and 9 month old. I homeschool, resell part time, and am studying for my contractor's license. So all day, I take care of the kids, homeschool, cook, clean, etc. We spend a few hours together as a family after my husband comes home. Then we put the kids to bed and I have to get back up and package orders or photograph items or study my textbooks for the exam coming up. Some nights I am exhausted and struggle to find the motivation to do anything. Thanks for sharing your struggle.

Ashley, thank you for taking that pause in your video for that beautiful, genuine, message. I really needed to hear that after a day like today with my younger children. After all the noise settles for the day I often sit and reflect and feel guilty for not trying harder than I did the day before but you made me feel like us mother's really aren't alone. People often say that but I really felt it when you said it. I look forward to your videos, I've learned a lot so far from you and know that I will continue to. Your family is beautiful. You should really be proud of that and all your accomplishments. Me and the rest of all your fans will be cheering you and all your successes on! 🎉❤

A big SHOUT OUT to AShley. As a grandmother in her sixties, I can still relate to your sentiments on how hard new motherhood is!!! Physically, Emotionally and Mentally it is just hard slog. It is fantastic to see you being so transparent and sharing your real feelings and emotions. I wish it had been the same when I was a young mum 40 yeays ago. Keep talking and telling it ,like it really is. New mums need as much support as they can possibly get, so be proud and be loud. You are doing the world a favour and supporting your own mental health and that of other new mums, who I am sure appreciate your honesty more than you will ever know.

Thank you for being vulnerable about young motherhood. It’s a straight battlefield the first few years, and it took me a long time to realize that I was living in survival mode for at least the first year. Love your videos! You have taught me so much and gave me the confidence to branch out to reselling clothes! Looking forward to learning more! Would love if you did a shoe cleaning video. I’m still scared to buy some that need elbow grease lol

Thank you for sharing. Its easy for us to see creators at their best and think its like that all the time. My teins are 18 now, and i would live to day it gets easier...but as my dad always said....the problems just get bigger as kids get older. I find myself in tears as much now as i did the first two years. But its all worth it!!💞

Sending hugs. I would have loved to hear this when my kids were small. Everyone made it look so easy and that their life was always fantastic and I felt like I was the only one who struggled sometimes. Thanks for your honesty ❤

I'm so glad to have found your channel. I do consider you a friend. I don't have any children (our decision) but I have struggled with other things recently. I had stage 2 ovarian cancer (I'm over a year cancer free now). Had to have a major surgery, 6 rounds of chemo, losing my hair ect. Life is tough and we all go through things that are very very hard! We have to give ourselves a lot of grace. I didn't feel like myself for a very long time and that was rough. I am now facing other challenges with people that I love going through the same thing. I'm so very glad that you can talk about these types of things, it's good for you and all of your followers. Thank you for being you girl! Oh, another great haul!

I don't understand how someone doesn't understand treats. It's the little things to bring some joy 🙂 Love your candid feelings. It's so easy to compare ourselves to others but it is motivating to see that someone else who struggles keeps going and doesn't give up.
