Thanks Ashley, Great Content again yaass !! however,, Your Amazon situation is the reason I don't do Videos on what I buy to resell on my channel too. I often seen such conflicts of how much to share or what not to share and I just figure nope, not gonna' do it. For the reason that so so much RE-Sellers are out there and looking at every single aspect of what KZbinrs do it's not funny. When you start sharing too much People get nosey a lot. So hats off to your for being so brave and sharing your Skills , how to and what nots etc. Thing is if no one shares others don't learn. ohh the Irony,,,, lol --- I have a lot of Respect for what you do and your hard work. Cheers ! dawwling ,, great video.

done so true. They all claim to want to help others but that's total BS , there here to make ad revenue. No one in business spends large amounts of time "helping" others or encouraging competition That's insane. Ebay businesses doing really well wouldn't be wishing for more competition plus they're too busy successfully selling so they dont need to go on you tube pretending to be experts with a lot of hyped up claims. No business person offers help on a regular basis for free.

I appreciate your honesty and I’m like you in the manner of not trying to undercut prices at garage sales. I generally pay what they are asking. I’m so uncomfortable when people have to offer less, and lots of times it’s a lot less. I feel offended for them lol. I like how you said you it’s ok if you do, but it’s not your thing. I appreciate everything I’ve been learning from watching your videos. You do a great job!
@RnR-Rebel5 жыл бұрын
Hiya Ashley, go you slamming those sales! I’m so happy to hear you only buy things you can get double the purchase price as so many resellers don’t understand this is basic retail economics. You’re not making a profit unless you get double purchase price! I was raised in a family who started their own retail shops so it was always in my blood to automatically calculate if I could sell something for double or more. But trying to explain to other retailers who purchased something for $15, sold it for $16 & say they made $1 profit is really hard! They don’t understand it’s essentially breaking even. Sigh, I gave up trying to give advice- only got nasty responses when I was being polite. You e got a great eye & know when to pay up, good for you! FYI “The People Of The Labyrinths” (always reminds me of a fave film “Labyrinth”, you caught me☺️, I’m a massive Bowie fan since 1970!) was founded in the mid-80s. So there are no vintage 60s-70s, only repros of those styles. Still vintage if made before 2000! Such great styles, I think you could get more for that piece, it’s so lovely & greens are trending for autumn! Have a lovely week, I always look forward to your videos! Jet 🧡🎸🎶⚡️

You have such great videos. I love all of the information that you share. I need to learn about quick flips. I'm having trouble after a year of trying this and I am getting so discouraged. I know I have to up my brands, but bread and butter is even hard to find in my area. Do you have any total beginner videos on what to look for when you can't find much??? I refuse to give up. I'm 58, brain tumor survivor, and my dream is to be at home. I still work full-time even dealing with issues from my surgery. I want to make this work. Again, thanks for you great spirit of wanting to share all of your knowledge (that you can!). Kim

Wow, your story is amazing, you are a survivor and superhero! Good for you for not giving up! Hmm... it definitely takes time to learn what flips faster, so be patient with yourself! Have you thought about doing auctions? Those are kind of a built-in quick flip! Though they may not sell for as much as a BIN. If you're buying your items for just a dollar or two each, however, they can be a great tool to get cash fast! Otherwise, just keep testing and trying out brands that do well for you consistently and I know things will start moving for you soon! Thank you for watching! :)

Great finds that’s crazy the pay / payout ratio . Also I know it’s annoying when we consider some things “priced high” but this weekend when I mentioned that to a guy whilst waiting in line for a estate sale he did help me realize it may be high for us because as resellers we look for stuff to resell but for the other party it makes sense to price the way they do because there’s still people that buy for themselves . Just a thought , great video (:

I think I have watched all of your videos, and I love them so much! If someone is just starting out but has seemingly good items (from various designers you suggest), is it best to open our own eBay store or sell from a personal account (with great reviews) first? And if a store, which level? I’ve read several articles but still not able to decide what would be best.
@resellingfornewbies93965 жыл бұрын
Donna Pepper Donna, it really doesn’t matter which approach you take. People only see your individual listing, not your store when they are searching for items. The main reason to open a store is because you have listed 50 items and have used up your free 50 item insertion fees or because you want to put items on sale. I waited until I had 50 items listed, then opened a basic store. Opening a store also causes you to be unable to use the Quick Listing Tool, so it can slow you down as a new seller.
