Just a little tip, don't be afraid to wait on your cards, discarding cards when your hand is full isn't all that bad because you get an unique resource, and waiting a little more also delays the time for the boss giving you more time to plan stuff and grind some better loot. (Unless you're trying to speedrun the game)

Such a strange video... when you started talking about isaac and your channel, i realised how long since it's been a problem of yours and it still is. This video showed me a different side of your personality, one, that i couldn't stop listening to. You are such an amazing person and such a hidden gem of youtube. I hope that one day people will realise that behind such great content is a great man, that deserves a lot more, than he has.

I watched on and off over the years and if anything has become clear in that time, is that Hutts really doesn't have the stuff for an (even) bigger presence on YT. The issue is, that he focuses SUPER hard on what gets him clicks. His entire focus is "will this get clicks, how do I get the most money out of this" and he frequently even openly points to that. So he perpetuates the issue by just refusing to change anything, which would eventually even out the views again, and instead goes further down the "I may only stream Isaac" rabbit hole. A former "Dark Souls only" streamer decided he wanted to actually also play other games he likes and so he does that. He gets less viewers on that, sure, but in turn it gets other people to the stream and it also makes it more refreshing to watch, because he's just enjoying himself and not forcing himself to do content he's not in the mood for. (Another issue with Hutts are his severe insecurities, so he always reads up or gets info on what he's going to play "blind", which defeats the point, just because he wants to get the feeling of giving people advice and appear knowledgeable) Like in this vid, for example. Why play ahead and then spend the first 10 minutes meticulously explaining every tile? Why play up to the boss and experience that ahead of time? Why not just jump in, see if the first few minutes don't send him screaming and then start recording and experience things with the viewer? That way people get to see his actual reactions, they see him learn stuff they may wonder about or have discovered themselves already and those completely new don't feel completely overwhelmed by a torrent of information of stuff they haven't even seen yet.

Tips: When retreating to save resources, just "hold" the runaway button so you automatically retreat at camp with 100% resources, no penalty.

Love this game hope you will too. The best advice i can give is just build up the base camp for cool stuff. Also, not important but i liked the little design, those circles above the cards show where they can be placed. Full green circle is on the road, half filled is beside the road and empty and completely away from the road. Oblivion has all three so it can be used anywhere. Keep up the great work hutts and ignore the naggers mastery comes with time and learning is half the fun.

I've been here since your super early Isaac days Hutts, back when you played normal greed mode often and the days of the "He breaks everything" gif. I fully support you branching out to these new games and I know that views/likes unfortunately control the flow of money and living but I really enjoy learning about new games through you and seeing you enjoy things and/or get frustrated with them. For the rock and mountains: -Never place a mountain alone, it wont give you the +5hp bonus unlike the rocks passive +2hp for being placed anywhere -To min max your 3x3 rock/mountain placement i recommend making an X formation with the rocks and fill the gaps with mountains to get a total of +60hp (120 if turned into a mountain peak,idk if the previous max hp bonus stack with the merging)

Don't know if you'll see this but I love this game so far andnd have loved some of the new games you've been playing on the channel recently too. Usually I don't like uncuts but for games like this and atomicrops it makes way more sense to have it uncut and I'd watch 100 episodes in a heartbeat. Keep up the good work!

I would like to see more of this game. It has many complex opportunities and paths for building your hero and the world around it that adds so many layers to the game. I think it is very interesting and entertaining to see how the story unfolds, it seems like a more complex version of hades.

For Treasury placement always look for the top corners, remember you cant place them adyacent to ANYTHING so you want to capitalize on open spots as much as you can.

Personally I love the additional wholesome and uncut content because I'm here for the Hutts that loves new games. Sure some games, I'd love to see. Namely *cough* *cough* Silk song. But it's ok I'm mostly here for Hutts because he has a Mature sense of humor and isn't too childish about his content. Hes upfront about his views and I respect that.

Got this game some days ago and I'm loving it. It get some stuff right, some else not so much but in the end it doesn't penalize you that much for experimenting around. I mean... it will probably crush your run, but even in the worst run you get some resources for the camp, you can't really screw too much.

Enemy level and loot level are determined by the loop count (which is in the top right). I believe the lich also scales with loop count so you have to find this balance between higher loops for better gear and not too high so the boss doesn't just mince ya buns. You seem to be doing pretty well for first time though. I'd say just get as much resources as you can for the camp. Some super useful goodies there and new cards and such. Love the content btw, i don't even watch the isaac stuff so I'm down for as much variety as possible.

In the settings there is an option to auto-pause on passing the camp. This would make sure you don't miss the opportunity to return with 100% resources if you so desire, rather than relying on the toggle-return which I honestly always forget about.

It also lowers your evasion if I remember correctly. Countering also consumes your stamina so high counter builds can be pretty rough because of it not just high attack speed.

Would love to see a few more runs. I get that you wanted to show off the boss but the loss of resources hurt real bad. Few clarifications if you are planning to continue. 4 is max enemies in a tile, but things like the vampire mansion that adds to fights can surpass that. The beacons do in fact give you attack speed as well as the movement buff. And you were right about building near your campfire to minimize much palaces.

Hutts, I love to see you play a roguelite called Dredgers! It's super unique in that you can mix and match classes as you wish. The graphics are super simple, so that may be a tiny bit off-putting, but I guarantee it's worth it.

a way to make the final fight more manageable is to build buildings on top of the spaces around the camp, you can also use oblivion on the palaces if they spawn. the easiest way to do this is probably by using lighthouses and groves. Also don't let the areas of two battlefields overlap :(.

As you adressed yourself that uncuts really are not gonna bring in the viewers as much as cut videos this game still is really great to have something other open while litening and glancing over to the video. I would definitely advise to try it more in the stream and see for yourself on how itll go. However for a standard video I wouldnt say itll be appealing enough, as stated before, maybe do something else alongside with the video. Ive seen the game pop up on steam couple times n thought to myself what the gameplay looks like. Now thanks to you I did and I really do enjoy watching you play it.
