Yeah, me too. I am not really watching streams since i can't be there at that time (since in Europe it's late and i still forget the time when Hutts streams). There's somethign about those videos without chat and music interupting the experience.

Don't know if you'll see this comment Hutts, but the wooden warriors are hostile towards you as a rogue because you are wearing a mask and don't recognize you if you aren't in your classic warrior class outfit.

Hey, Hutts for the rogue it is better to put the battlefields at the end of the loop because if they are at the front they get immediately scraped at each loop. Hope this helps!

You honestly don't know the peace this series gives me. I work in a pretty busy environment with answering phones but have a minute or two sometimes between calls to watch this on the side. 1-hour video can take me 3-4 hours to complete, but I love it.

To my understanding, the amount of trophies you have increases the chances of getting magic or higher level gear.

@Hutts Tips for fighting the Priestess. Damage to All does NOT affect the windows. They aren't attackable, it's just a visual indicator of the buff. Also attack speed is your best friend against her. getting in more hits before she can top off the windows in monumental. The Warrior class can also help as he gains power the longer a fight goes on, though that does rely on good defense/longevity

although dmg to all does mean guaranteed dmg against her, it may not mean much if you dont have enough dmg to all and/or atk speed

Returned after a year long hiatus of not watching you, and what attracted me at first was Repentance, because watching you play Isaac is always a win, but honestly, I prefer stuff like this. I love watching you make sense of the storyline while also strategizing and setting up jokes either through the game’s dialogue, or your own topics and ramblings. This reveals a lot more about you, and is so much more enjoyable because I get to hear opinions, and also watch you strategize like you did with Slay the Spire, and Griftlands, and a lot of the other rogue likes you’ve played (Gungeon, Nuclear Throne, BibleThump, etc.) however, the difference is that you’re much more lax, and I guess it’s just a breath of fresh and helps me relax too. Please don’t stop making these videos, I’m not only speaking for myself when I say I enjoy these, but if I were, I’d still shout and scream until you heard my desperate attempts at getting you to make a series that I myself (and hopefully you) enjoy.

it took me a while to realize but the bar under the attack bar is a stamina bar. so attacking faster than it can regenerate will exhaust you (when the bar turn red), which makes you have -50% atk speed and evasion

Hey Hutts, remember that skull you got by defeating the Lich? When you die, you have the option to spend it to keep all your resources instead of the usual 30% of all. You can grind a few skulls in the first chapter and then use them when you loose against the second boss to keep everything even if you fail.

I don't wanna tell you how to make content but maybe a small intro/recap of the game (not just what you've done off camera) to engage people clicking on a loop hero video that isn't the first episode would be great!

Chrono crystals are best used to buff the meadows, since the health per day passed is really nice to sustain, especially when it comes to during a boss fight where you can have days passing during the fight. Paired with temporal beacons to accelerate time, you can be recovering a lot more health per loop, since days are passing faster and the healing per day stat can reach over 200 by the time the boss wants to come to disturb your world building efforts.

I feel like the forest/thicket could have a similar effect to the mountain if you put them 3x3. I don't play the game though.

Only the Mountain Peak is made with a 3x3 sadly. The only thing a Forest/Thicket can become is a Burning Forest if in line, horizontally or vertically, of a specific tile. That trades out the attack speed buff for a magic damage buff

The beacon is really good if you have damage to all, vampirism, crit, evasion, etc. Because it's a percentage and the faster your attack the more change it has to proc.

The game play does look like each chapter you have to make a build either for the loop or for the boss, it looks good. Also the watchtower does say the bowmen will help in battles with minions but not the boss, kinda figuring it is a your build against the boss, not relying on additional support to win. Also when you spawned the boss you took away all your attack speed increase and made it into magic damage.

If you put villages on corners then the vampires will only be able to join the battle in one of the two fields you put down. Unless you want two vampire/scarecrow encounters for the loot of course.

Hutts ! The amount of trophies you get doesn't determine the amount of items you get but rather the rarity of the 12 items you get given Not a 100% sure but from ending loops with 40+ trophies I got loot with wayyyy higher level and rarity than a loop where I got 10/15 trophies

I see you haven't noticed the evasion bonus is better than the inert evasion. Seriously, the dirks and evasion bonus will get you 75% evasion (max) which I used to slap the liches booty, couldn't even hit me once. That plus crit and chance is heck-o gecko what the feck-o

It may not be true but I would guess when making the rogue they understood that not all trophies would be able to be seen, so what if the higher number of trophies the higher quality of gear you receive, as you receiving higher level stuff than your current loop level. Again I may be wrong but just a thought.

I wouldve picked Lethal Weakness since the other 2 arent that good. 1 trophy isnt going to make a difference and the chests arent that good. Id take the chance to 1 shot the boss over those. Just today it saved me when i was left with 90hp and i did 1500 to the boss. Also if you want to win as rogue get your evasion to 75% or as close as possible. It should be around loop 15-20 where you get boots and armor with enough evasion.

wouldnt it make sense to just use a few of the oblivions on something easily restorable rather than running the risk of having your oblivions kicked out and thus the damage boost lost? I mean if each oblivion played gives me +10% dmg then Id rather oblivion something cheap for the damage boost and rebuild it later on since theres probably a handful of cards that you get back more easily than the oblivion card or am I missing something about that concept?
