The reason you died at the end was because the shovel WAS doing damage to you, but the first item you picked up had a chance to negate damage at 1hp, so you were just getting lucky with each swing :)

Would love to see more of this game. There are a lot of really broken/fun builds and the higher difficulties make for a fun challenge. The iso view takes a little to get used to but once that normalizes the game is a ton of fun.

This game is amazing. Definitely wish there was a modding scene. But a rocket launcher duct tape to any base infinite ammo weapon. That ends runs crazily.
