EXERCISE NOT ONLY TO LOSE WEIGHT IT HAS SO MUCH BENEFITS MORE THAN JUST THAT IT CAN HELP US WITH OUR MENTAL HEALTH but yes you can lose weight without exercise but i will still love to lose weight with exercise 💪

Good morning Doc!!! gusto akong mgka body mass or lean..kc i started lossing weight since last year for 2 mos successive early morning walks mixed wd jogging for 20-30 mins for at least 8 kms a day then woke up at 2-3 am doing zumba and stationary bike ..then went out at 3:30 am for an 8 kms early am walks ...and my breakfast was diff kinds of green leafy and root crops veggies like carrot and diff kinds of fruits...wd non fat milk plain yogurt wd ni sugar then i added some walnuts,flax and chia seeds ...then after a long walks ng badminton n nmn..kc that was C19 times nothing to do so my neighbor friends and me were enjoying these routine exercises...til such time my neighbors here advised me to stop exercising muna kc sobrang payat kona kona ...unlike b4 they used to see me a lil bit chubby my weight dati pinska highest was 56 then it went down to 54 kgs..and then the latest after my successive over exercises it went down to 49 kgs ..but my yearly physicsl exam results were almost all in the median lines but my prob was i looked so thin and dry skinned..bcoz also at that time i was afraid to eat meat and fatty or foods cooked in oil.. That is why am happy now with your Low Carb Diet Program bcoz hnd na ako takut kkain mg meats at fried foods ..i do hope i will successfully to have my leany body as i go thru' your LCD and Fasting...🙏😍..or i still have a chance to become leany coz i will be turning 64 a this coming Oct, 2023....

Exercise pa din along with diet. It helps you maintain and increase lean body mass, which also helps increase number of calories you burn each day.

Kailangan ng exercise to strengthen our muscle but eating right is the best. I followed your Sunlight, sleep, movement and don’t overeat. Low carb is good and fasting is hood.

Thank you talaga doctora, sa ngayon its almost 1 mth. cut ko ang rice no sugar no more yoghurt cakes pero may pandesal pa ako. Thank you! Dati hindi ako matutulog na hindi masahe ang binti ko daliri kasi di ako makakilos ang sakit ng mga binti daliri but after 2 weeks nawala ang sakit ng binti ko at daliri . Nawa maitutuloy tuloy ko ito, pati ang asawa kung galing sa stroke ay natuwa at nakita ang result ngayon gusto rin niyang subukan …. Thank you ! God bless….

I agree. I have been working out like hell before but didn't work on the right Nutrition. So instead of losing weight, i gained even more. When I started my Low carb journey mas mabilis akong nag lose weight, then i started to exercise again. Now, i workout regularly to build muscles para di mag sag. At the same time continuous ang right way of eating.

Yes tama po yan sbi ni doc rojo. I started only last jan 21 and i lost 6 kilos in just 18days and my diabetic is from 160 to 180 but now its go down to 100 to 107 only. Tnx for your u tube doc. A learn a lot how can this blood sugar get down ang back to normal.

Very very true Dra. in your low carb shares..having 30 min walk or exercise a day..from 165 lbs..am now 130 lbs.less risk now of less cardio vasc,as told by my cardiologist..determination goals focus will help too. Thanks.God bless uou more

Yes doc grace I agree with you it's my 3rd week of eating low carb foods without exercise I was 60 kg. before now I'm only 55 kg..at untiunting nawala yong sakit ko sa likod..

Yes , pumayat ako without exercise, from 75 kgs to 60kgs now, only thru low carb and intermitent fasting tru the inspiration of the posts of dr josephinee grace c. rojo on lcif approaches or proper lcif practices, salamat doc i felt good now than eating high card, salamuch sa sharing mo, palaging nanood ko sa nga informative sharing, God Bless and continue to enlighten other people thru your intectual discussions re lcif

Absolutely agree with you doc...exercise never worked for me...i stopped eating rice and bread, i only eat once a day.after 2 mos. I lost 15kilos.

Yes thank you dr Grace when I start low carb nasa 16 days na ko gumanda ang weight ko malaki nabawas sa timbang ko at nawala lahat ang sakit ko sa batok manhid sa mukha at kamay. My family was so happy for me at bumata raw ako senior na ko 73 yrs old ako.

Diabetic po ako for 8 yrs, umaabot ng 389 ang blood sugar ngayon po bumababa siya ng 111 pero still ng insulin po ako noong gabi. Dati po maski mag insulin ako 224 pa rin ang blood sugar. Nagsimula po ang high blood presure ko ng 2017 . Bumaba ang BP ng 120/80 sa loob ng 8 days. Thank you po Dr. Grace Rojo

Thank You Doc for the knowledge. I tried it for almost 1mo. I have a side-effects but I don't quit I just eat chlorophyl/veggies more & I thank God Doc. I loosed weight from 58kllgs down to 52klgs now Dra. Mixed emotions, Happy and worry if this is normal. I do LowCarb & Intermittent up to 15window fastin'. Naturally I did it & I still learn, researchin'.still Doc. I now see the result I feel lighter..,Thank You Dra. I started low carbs last January 15. My weight was 127lbs. Now my weight is 115lbs. Than I do walking every morning at least 30 minutes.

Hello po, 20 days na po ako nag no rice n low carb, ang nag improved sa akin pumapayat na ang tiyan ko from 36 ang waistline to 34 na, at ang timbang ko from 70 kls to 65 kls na, thank you po.

Thank you doc for sharing.. its really effective for me the intermittent fasting low carbs (no rice,pasta & bread) sometimes I do 18 hrs fasting. I do keto diet for awhile I lose weight then it came back thats why I stop. Thank you🙏❤️

Thank you doc effective nga nawala pati yung acid reflux ko na nagpahirap sa kin at naging sanhi ng high blood ko 1month lowcarb from 62kg now 57kg na kaya tuloy2 na to kc lumakas ang katawan ko.

I started mid Nov last year them after Christmas I've lost 10kls. from 85kls down to 75kls. BP 150/90 to 110/80 (Partida Holidays pa yan). No rice and low carb diet. Akala ko talaga imposible ng bumalik sa dati ang weight at BP, kaya pala! Currently my weght is 73kls, maintain ko na lang ,Ideal weight ko na to. Thank you doc you're such a blessing saming nagstruggle to lose weight. God bless.

Last year 21 nov firsttime ko nkita blogs nyu dok nag try po ako ayun no exercise my waist line is 32 ng mag low carb po ako ng two wks 29 na lang till now d na po ako kumakain ng high carbs esp rice & other starchy fruits kse po may hypo thyroidism as of now im 115 lbs from 122 lbs thanks po sa nga blogs nyu

Mag 2months na akong hindi kumakain ng rice/bread, from 66 weight, 60 nlng ako now. Really effective. Tlgng disiplina lang. Sa ngayon, hindi ako mgccrave sa kung ano2ng pgkain.

Losing weight and losing fats are two different things if you want to lose weight just go on a diet but if you want to lose fats and get some shape and muscle you should eat clean and exercise...!

Tama ka Doc noong nandoon ako sa abroad almost every night after work palagi kaming nagwalking at minsan nag exercises ako di pa rin pumapayat kasi more on carb ang food na kinakain. Nang umuwi ako dito sa Pinas at binawasan ko pagkain bumaba ang timbang ko.

This is true!!! ☺️ Am such a lazy person I don’t want to exert effort to exercise for the sake of weight loss. But when I change the type of food I eat? I lost weight without saggy skin, my cellulite was also gone, got compliments that I look more than 10 years younger!! Am already 40 and no one believes it 😅 Previously size 14 now I fit in size 8 maluwag pa 😅 Strictly no rice, no bread, no sugar, and no fruits too cause they have natural sweetener which I totally avoid, with 20:4 iF schedule. Take note I don’t feel hungry at all. I can even do ADF for 48 hours…

I've been on OMAD since college and during that time d pa known yung ganitong klaseng eating pattern..Akala ko and mga nakakakilala sakin na abnormal yung eating pattern ko..Hindi po ako mahilig sa sweets, breads, pastas and anything na nakakataba kasi maaga po akong naging body conscious kaya panay gulay and fish lng kinakain ko..Pati fruits piling pili lang para iwas din sa sugar..Major prob lng sa low carb diet kapag nasanay yung katawan mo nagiging normal nlng cya and not that effective in losing weight kaya kelangan pa din sabayan ng exercise..Effective naman po ang exercise as long as balance diet lang..Baka po kasi sa advice nyo doc eh ererestrict na ng ibang viewers yung kinakain nila..Okay naman po na mag enjoy sa food bsta small portions lng and discipline/control..kapag kasi na rerestrict tayo mas nagkakaroon po tayo ng appetite to cheat and eat more..d rin po sustainable in the long run..Kaya for me mas maganda pa rin eating a healthy and balance meal with exercise..Hindi lang naman pagpapayat ang benefit pati rin naman sa blood circulation and muscle strengthtening..Mas maganda po na e encourage yung mga viewers to exercise like taking a walk, jog, stretching etc. Mas productive and yung feeling na na eenergize ka everytime nag eexercise...

Just watch out your sugar intake 'coz too much sugar will deteriorate our organs in the body. That's why Dra. Rojo is encouraging not to eat with high carb contents e.g. rice (any kind), bread, pasta, noodles, pansit, as well as sugary foods and drinks. Have regular blood test to monitor your sugar level, cholesterol, triglycerides, kidney, liver, and others.

Effective sa akin ang eating one whole meal a day and two smaller meals(that do not equal one whole meal). Sa friday is bread day. And sunday is no fasting day.

Totoo po yan khit wlang exercise nakakapayat,experienced q yan lalo na nun wla aq pera,lakas makapayat kc wla aq pambili pag kain na sweet kya mas gus2 q pa wlang pera para iwas tukso sa mga sweet food,sak2 lng na kumakain aq ng 3x a day ng rice normal food at work lng aq.lakas makapayat kht wlang exercise.wla ka effort effort.

10 days ko pa lng sa low carb 4 kl na po nawala.naka omad po ako, kahit po kunti lang ang kain hinde nakakaramdam ng gutom.nag alala din ako dahil before kain ng kain pero hinde nabubusog.

I was 67 kilos before way back in 2015. And im 5'1" in height so obese talaga ako then after that just within 3 months i went 50 kilos though i never noticed na pumapayat ako. Why? Cause i was in some kind of emotional damage. I became depressed, cant eat ! Crying like hell. D maganda. Yun ung pinakamalaking pagpayat sa buhay ko. Pero last yr. Nagtake ako ng isa sa mga kinds of steriods para sa inflamation for my health issue. Lumobo talaga ako pero d nmn ako bumalik ng 67 kilos. So now natatakot akong magpapayat kasi feeling ko kelangan kong kumain kasi meron din akong anxiety na doon din nanggaling sa gamot. Feeling ko kapag nagkaroon ako ng restriction sa sarili ko may hindi magandang mayayari sa akin.

Totoo doc dati sige ang zumba ko pero mula ng I follow kita sa KZbin dati 63 ako now 53.4 nlng walang exercise yan.minsan nakakain ako ng pandesal na taas agad ang timbang ko.

You can never outrun a bad diet. But exercise has also a lot of health benefits. Health should be the main reason why you exercise. Shape or getting fit is just the consolation prize.

dok bakit ung 2022 hindi naka swimsuit🙂 un pa nman ung panalo ❤️ tnx po dok.. yes tama ka po. inayos ko food intake ko at hindi pa ako nag eexcercise pero from 128lbs to 120lbs in 3wks Low carb. umpisa mahirap. pero now 16 hours fasting kaya ko. awa ng Diyos hindi ako natutukso tumikim ng carbs and sweets. ano motivation ko? ayaw ko ng bumalik ang pains ng katawan ko, un lang.

it does not matter... just eat a balance diet. not so much carbs and meat.. incorporate plants / green veggies. lessen on instant juices and processed foods.

Ako din nagsimula ng magdiet , ang laki ng tiyan ko para akong buntis my god, nag fasting ako hnd mona ako nagkakanin oatmeal kinain ko isang beses din lemon water basta limet sa pagkain nasanay na ako parang hind na ako nagugutom ,ngayon lumiit na ako magaan na pakiramdam.

Doc, bago lang po akong follower and viewer. But yes, I already started LC diet kasi 2 months napo akong walang exercise dahil sa work amf and in a matter of 1 week successfully 1 kg napo ang nawala😊. Relax pa po yung LC diet ko, sabi nyo nga po dahan dahan and I am enjoying it. Salamat po :)

True po natry ko ng magwalking 1hr per day and exercise for 30mins per day nbawasan namn ako ng 3kilos in 6months,pero s lowcarb po 2months lng nglose ako ng 11kilos tnx kay dok grace for introducing this kind of diet...

Nag exercise ka, hindi para pumayat. Kahit magpunta ka sa gym, sasabihin ng trainer maling motivation ang rason na pagpapayat lang. Exercise para maging healthy ang tama. Exercise, food diet, and discipline combined will work. It worked for me. From size 12 to size 2. Gusto ko din maging lean kaya strength training. Hindi lahat ay pwedeng mag fasting.

Totoo po last april 2020 nag start ako mgpa payat without exercise as in no rice sweets cold drinks and carbs..in only eat bread and black coffee sometimes i eat my favorite pancit bihon in 2 months tlgang pumayat ako agad frm 38 of waistline up to 29..
