HUWAG LANG BASTA I-PRITO ANG TIRANG HAMON NG BAGONG TAON | GANITONG LUTO ANG GAWIN MO!

Don't just fry your jamon de bola, make it a little special with this another easy to follow, and easy-to-prepare dish you can serve for lunch and dinner. Try this at home and let me know in the comment section below.
Here are the ingredients:
1 kilo sweet and smoky hamon de bola
cooking oil
1 tsp annatto powder
6 cloves garlic, minced
1 large white onion, chopped
1 cup pineapple juice
1 tsp ground black pepper
2 tsp cornstarch dissolved in 2 tbsp water
2 tbsp sweet pickle relish
1 cup grated cheese
1 cup pineapple tidbits
2 tbsp brown sugar
3 tbsp fish sauce, adjust accordingly
granulated seasoning, optional
NOTES:
📝Cooking time, 8 to 10 minutes
📝If you don't want a thicker sauce, omit the cornstarch slurry.
📝 To each his own. This is my way of cooking and I hope you could respect it.
📝 All the measurements are based on my taste. Please adjust accordingly!
