a few months ago I thought Sion was more or less balanced. Now, I think its obvious that Sion is quite strong and is VERY forgiving.

My guess is mechanically, the reason why Sion's timers start immediately upon death, Sion dies and then spawns a different, player controlled entity with different skills that can just run while Karthus retains use of all of his skills and has his AoE active the whole time. I'd still say they should change the timer for Sion because of the life steal and free turret damage he can deal.

​@@NonEntropy Because he's against a champion that does nothing but splitpush, and does it waaaaay too effectively. He won the early game, but Sion doesn't allow him to use that strength because he's "just Sion".

I don't know if Sion's hp still scales infinitely, but that just adds on to that champion's problem if so.

@@saturnalia91 no, he just misplayed. he came out of lane 9/1 if he just matched sion in the side lane he would stomp sion and continue to get stronger. this game had nothing to do with sion.

Maybe change Sion's passive to make it more like Kog'Maw's? With the death timer balanced too. Kog'Maw can only run around and wait to explode. And I could see Sion with that. Maybe 10% of Sion's max hp goes to his passive. It sort of makes a Sion WANT to go tanky more. Rather than just full AD Sion.

Scion's death timer starts when Scion dies not when his passive dies. edit. I should have known chat would answer.

I mean you are playing top lane you have no impact on the game unless you perma split push, I know it's boring but it's required to be helpful in the game

And he's against the most broken splitpusher in the game, so splitpushing is just not an option.

Honestly, as a viewer who has watched since season 6 i honestly think the reason you lost this game is because you started out 9/1 and you threw your lead because you were too focused on "broken champs". Even if you start out with 9 kills if you die 5 times in a row and dont get any kills during that time you should lose. Not because lane doesnt matter but because if youre a very fed player 5 deaths will ruin the impact of a good lane phase. I think it would be very beneficial long term for you to recognize the negative impact you had on this game.
