These are the type of customers you walk away from. Regardless of the cost and availability, that’s a unit replacement or nothing. Literally quote it, get the autograph and the check, order the equipment. Once that’s agreed upon, get them running until the equipment ships.

Sometimes I will come into work and realize the power surge over the weekend caused some of the units to trip. Chillers will say that they’re on, but the drives r tripped out; gotta reset a lot when it happens. Usually the main fault for my issues. Love ur vids!

Those disc are commonly referred to as "pearl discs" or "flapper wheels". Regularly used by welders, and pipefitters.

OK you got your #GDT (God Dam Technician) card on this one. I would have walked away. This video taught me to think simple and make a plan. 20 minute video but looked like 6-8 hrs work. All that withoutnyour tool set up. I hate when your van gets broken into. Had it happen once. I make offerings to the HVAC Gods that it doesn't happen again.
