Is there a gear box in the motor? that doesn't look like 60hz

The belt acts as a reduction for the fan speed. It is 60 Hz for sure.

I like your videos but I gotta say one of these days your careless switching on of equipment that's been switched off is gonna bite you one day.. there's a reason it's off... Take the time to find that reason instead of risking equipment and or bodily damage...
