Too bad OEM wasn’t a Sporlan txv with a replaceable power head But it was nice it didn’t have half a dozen caps capalaries that had to be soldered into the distributor. Great job as usual

I Install Ruud and I’ve had to start checking every heat pump I do because the TXV coil always seems to be strapped in a way it’s touching something. Also fan wiring hitting the blades straight out of the box. These are my only real “complaints with Rheem/Ruud.

Hey curtis might you be able to state what terminals/wires you're testing from when you're running your troubleshooting it would really help and make the videos a billion gazillion times better!!!! its kind of hard to see sometimes with the way the camera is angled so stating the names would be super super helpful!!!! pd: if you need an editor to put in little notes in your vids please dont hesitate to reach out. thank you for your knowledge and superior works. always appreciated

I used to set my Torches at 5 Acet 20 Oxi. N slightly open the knobs so not to hear flame flow,,,n always get a no leak results....was considered as great brazer 1993 till 2003 Rarely I had a leak w my procedure. Tnks

I heard tin foil works good for brazing. Fold it up a couple times and it won’t catch. I’m gunna carry sum from now on. Cheap and effective and high flexible

On the lower connection that kept popping out, could you, before trying to insert the tube, have bent the tube slightly so that it was putting forward pressure on the joint instead of trying to pull back out?

Would this have cause unit to pump down in AC as well? Also do you normally prefer to not wrap tx in some type of heat sink if you find you’re just quick enough with your torch? Can’t tell you how much I would appreciate a reply! Love your vids

How do you communicate with your customers regarding scheduling and special order parts? Do you sometimes get defective parts and need to reorder? Do you take responsibility for the mistake or is the blame on the manufacturer? Are you short handed? Do you prioritize return customers for 1st or 2nd part orders that may be defective?

I just had a new Trane heatpump installed. It's loud, sounds like something is rattling or vibrating. Is that just typical of Trane or do I need to call the installer back out? Its really obnoxiously loud.
