You got to get a dana 44 rear with a locker in it, it makes life and wheeling so much easier. Besides your loaded so it's pocket change for you. LOL
@SmokinMonkeyOG Жыл бұрын
Definitely not loaded lmao just not responsible. If I can get a break from paying for repairs I’ll have the time and money to do some mods and the 44 is definitely very high in the list

Great to see Big Bird Again!! buuuu the last part of the video (I just seee til the very end :( ;( ) gears are complicate :P Questions.... (I'm about to start to mod mine.... ) The fuel "economy" went better? You told you were around 20Liter per 100Km, (I'm around 25+) thanks!!! You are my inspiration on this journey :D
@SmokinMonkeyOG Жыл бұрын
My fuel economy definitely didn’t get better but it usually burns around 20L per 100km for me. New engine burns a bit less but still around the same amount

Check those cable adjustments as for the throttle and stuff goes. Steve, Steve needs a FEWWWW MORE PINIES UNDER HIS HOOD. A larger HONDA MOTOR 😉😉 AS LONG AS IT WILL FIT, BOLT IT UP AND ( IN YOUR WORDS ) SEND IT. Find him some way besides just going 1 rim size and maybe 2 tire sizes as long as they will clear to give him some clearance. And get you a set of leafs for the front and the rear with lift blocks. And U Bolts and make sure your NOT GONNA HAVE ANY STEERING GEAR BOX ISSUES OR ANY OTHER ISSUES AND THEN GET YOU SOME 35 OR 37'S TRX US.THEN SOME FRONT AND REAR ARB AIR LOCKER S. YOU WILL BE SET FOR ANY THING.....

@SmokinMonkeyOG11 ай бұрын
Haha from seatbeltplannet.com
@thelonewrangler1008 Жыл бұрын
Hopefully you changed your diff fluids too because there's a very good chance there's water in your axles. I know from experience and learned the hard way😂🤦♂️ Clearly I spoke too soon or maybe not soon enough, I shouldve mentioned it in your vid with the snorkel install. What happens is when you drive a hot axle through cold water it creates a vacuum that sucks the breather check valve shut so then the axles suck in water through the seals. You need to extend those breathers and get them as high as you can in the hood and get rid of the check valves. ARB has a kit thats under $100usd thatll do both axles and it doesnt have a check valve in it but has a waterproof filter so it stops it from sucking water when you cool off the fluid. Your boy standing on the roof in his underwear trying to make the breathalyzer happy while burried in the mud made my weekend, thats even better than seeing that CRV do work😂😂
@SmokinMonkeyOG Жыл бұрын
Haha glad you enjoyed the video! And good tip about the breathers
