Try changing out the clutch starter safety switch (on the clutch rod). I had that issue with mine even though I had it bypassed. Try bypassing it first since that is cheaper

I had a similar issue on my tj. I ran a new wire directly from the fuse bix to the selonoid. old wire was just rotted out.

There is a little piece that breaks off in the ignition. Very common. I would look at that.

There really are no upgrades for the TJ cooling system, if you go to an aluminum they're just going to leak and an electric one just drains your battery and causes overheating as well because its taking power from the motor

It is either your relay in the relay/fuse box or the wire from your relay/fuse box to the starter solenoid. As I told you last time just because a relay pulls in does not mean the contacts are any good and if it pulls in when you hit the ignition switch then your ignition switch is good and if the starter turns when you jump it with your screwdriver than the starter solenoid is good and the contacts in the starter are good. Just change the relay in the box and you will know in an immediately. Not your ignition switch or your starter bro.

It was the body harness on the actual firewall. Someone broke the clips when they did the engine swap.
