Remember spritual practice is to stay in heart or to loose your brains in heart..always that is our place..change the stance..stay empty in head and full in heart just be super loose as in fluid ether of grace..and forget about how...Some real one knows the way..Master Grace only stamps the stance.May papaji love surpasses all our notions ..and may we all be lost to the bestest...

Do you get enough rest in your ordinary life? If not, sleep more. If yes, do breathing exercises or other physical exercise and sit in meditation afterwards. And then continue for some time, at least 3 weeks.

When I was there in spring 1992, there were hardly any Indians in his satsangs. Many Osho sannyasins went to see him after Osho left his body, and some of them became his disciples. I don't know whether there were many Indians around him at other times, but I don't think so.
