To raise the dignity of Judiciary, to continue the faith on our judiciary, govt representation in judiciary for selecting chief justice in SC or HC may be reviewed, similarly transfering of HC judges may also be reviewed by a judiciary panel without govt interference. No retired judge or sitting judge can be nominated by any govt for any prestigious post, in India or abroad within 5 yrs of retirement. Judiciary must be free from any type govt interference or any type of govt pressure.
