Everyone is giving their own judgement just on d basis of this single clip without knowing the actual facts or situation. I know the lawyer personally since last 10 years and she is an excellent lawyer. She heard about the critical health of her father just 10m before starting of the hearing of this case. She could have left the hearing and rushed to hospital to look after her ill father. Yet she has shown true professionalism and decided to argue for the case. We must praise the lawyer instead of condemning her. I wish her father good health.

Sorry to hear about her father but professional and personal life should be kept separate. She appeared before the Judge as an Advocate and not as a daughter. Hence, she should be thorough professional. File isn’t read 10 minutes before the hearing. She is lacking in her diligence as rightly pointed out by the Honourable Judge

She is a very good counsel but on that day her situation was bad and not in her favour because just 10 mints before her appearance in the court room she came to know that her father was hospitalized. She got emotional and couldn't control herself. She is such a good and strong lawyer that she didn't run away from her work after listening her father's illness .She did her job but yes her situation was bad and out of control.

The counsel father being critical was sad and full empathy for her . However she had not done her due diligence and was totally unprepared to argue her case . She should have been honest enough and accepted that . But she kept on defending and giving excuses for her lack of diligence . She got appropriately reprimanded by the judge . The judge stated that she has done this before too , so not excuses for shabby work . She was putting her client's head on line . Thanks to her shoddy work , the client would be in further trouble .
