People in the comments upset with Steveson for "disrespecting the sport" should be more upset with Colucci flat out quitting and not trying anything. Steveson was frustrated by Colucci's lack of effort. Seemed like he was trying to wake Colucci up. Colucci was laying flat waiting for time to expire. Just my opinion.

2nd comment and I'll quit. My only thing is that not everybody has the prep accolade that Stevenson has. Hes not a self made man nor is anyone out there. Not everyone has the same prep training or college training partners that he has. No matter how great he is, he doesnt have to disrespect folks because they cant match him. @@bruceweissend6497 what? Rutgers was stalling, he was asking the ref to do something about it, that's not being a punk, its utter dominance!

Yes i think so. It doesnt look like there is anyone else this year i can see beating him. I would be shocked if Stoll can. White, who lost to this guy convincingly just beat Cassar. I cant see any way that he ends up with a loss this year. That will certainly set the stage.
@bruceweissend64975 жыл бұрын
@@redridergeneral2394 I agree Colucci was stalling. Steveson didn't help himself by telling the ref how to do his job. In doing so he was also stalling. The best thing he could have done was to just get to it and either let the guy go and take him down, as he had done at will throughout the match, or turn him over. Did you not have a problem with his repeatedly shoving Colucci's head down in an attempt to humiliate him? The violent cross face was another sign of frustration he seemed to bring upon himself. True champions don't complain during a match; they get the job done as efficiently as possible. What did all his crying do to help himself? Honestly if you were a ref and a wrestler acted like that would you reward such bad behavior with a stall warning?
