i got a question that said a woman came with MS but she also had a suprapubic mass. The answer choices were neurogenic bladder detrusor instability i didnt know what to choose. Would i go with overflow incontinence for this case?

Out of those two, I would go with neurogenic bladder; diagnosis of MS and suprapubic mass (bladder that is full with urine, meaning it is not emptying correctly, thus overflow incontinence) would support this. Detrusor instability would mean overactivity of detrusor muscle (so urge incontinence); would not typically lead to a distended bladder.
