Maybe, its because of reduced screen size (in settings). Try to enlarge screen size in settings and put the projector closer to the screen too fit it.

I have a hy300 projector and it was working fine but I was doing something with the remote(can't remember exactly now) but the screen went totally blank, now when I turn it on it still brings up the logo "smart projector" as it's starting up but after that, nothing iv pressed every button on the remote in numerous combinations and used to get a click click sound everytime I pressed a button even that's not doing that now and I can't get a picture at all, the bulb works fine iv literally used this for a maximum of 5hours since I bought it, it's brand new, I hope this is something easily fixed

As i know its Because these projectore's lens (with a Lil bit cheap prices) are made with plastic and when you use it too much hours for long time it starts to warm up and the hotness damage the plastic which make like black hole on it

Reset and if resetting didn't work. Clean it with a lens cloth like the ones you use for glasses if THAT doesn't work then there's no solving

Nah, but the audio quality aint amazing, good enough but not better than okay. If u got a boombox or any speaker that got bluetooth compatibility just use that one :) super easy setup worked for me with my ue boom

Là c'est le week-end avec mon p'tit garçon je n'aurai pas le temps de voir Ensuite le projecteur je ne l'utilise plus donc je m'y remettrai lundi si ça vous intéresse, Enfin je n'ai pas compris votre souci , Le flou se règle avec la molette sur le projecteur donc je pense que c'est un autre problème que vous avez, si vous pouviez me l'expliquer ?

​@@zouz9159merci pour votre retour.En fait j'ai déjà reglé la molette pour la netteté mais tout ce qui se trouve a plus de la moitié haute de l'écran est flou.J'ai beau tout régler avec les réglages avancés c'est pareil Après peut être que cela est dû au fait que mon projecteur est placé plus bas.Avec l'inclinaison je perd de la netteté sur la partie haute.Peut être ça.Passez un bon WE avec votre enfant en tt cas☺️

Turning down the brightness does not seem to turn down the actual brightness…any help here?

The brightness setting just like on TVs is actually meant to move the black level up and down without changing the physical level of the brightest white. If you want to make the brightest white (and really all colors) physically brighter or darker you have to turn up or down the *backlight* setting, not the brightness. Or you can tweak the contrast, which works in the opposite way to the brightness setting, i.e. it only moves the white level up and down without touching the black level.
