Great video. What’s the difference between the regular rooms and club level? Also, how busy is the hotel? Like it’s the kind of place we’re fighting for lounge chairs by the pool? Initially, we thought about staying at the st Regis or Waldorf but not sure they are a good choice for young kids.

At the club level, you'll enjoy premium drinks and rooms with better views. As for the crowd, it varies depending on the time of year. During peak times like spring break and from June to August, it tends to be a bit busier. However, this is typical for hotels in Mexico. This hotel is especially ideal for families with features like a sea wall that blocks large waves and dolphins on the property. Is accessing adults only side with a fee? For guests booked at ziva wirh standard room

No you have to book on the adults side. But it small part of the hotel. Your not missing much.
