Do they talk about how to maintain the muscle mass? I’m on my cut right now and want to start doing at least 1 mile run but scared to do it because scared of losing muscle mass… so I definitely want to start running and doing a mile run after my cut phase and just maintaining but idk how to make sure I don’t lose muscle while running as I get better at running. Hope this made sense and hopefully you can give me a little tip
