I usually start with a full stack, too. Same with lats. Lats have gotten so easy than I have to increase the reps and reduce the rest time to get anything out of them.

@@Crayzyy If you would perform 3 sets of each movement you would hit 9 sets. Let's say you're smart and you do this twice a week. So you perform 18 sets of chest a week. That's enough.

Well, I had decided I wasn’t going to subscribe to anyone else on KZbin. I have just broke that wheel. I’m going to subscribe to you because you are seriously seriously good or what you do and it’s good to see someone preaching something and looks fantastic at the same time you look like a professional body of a builderI want to be a bodybuilder. I’m 63 year old train at home with loop resistant bands would fixed points so most of the exercises as you do I can do with resistant bands. Keep up the good work you look amazing.❤

Wesley is a bodybuilder's bodybuilder. CBum is absolutely incredible, and his personality and openness and charm made him a billion-dollar brand, but Wesley has all of that and, at the same time, is a fantastic teacher. You can tell he absolutely loves the sport. What a show coming up! I can see Wes growing into someone like the great Robby Robinson - someone who looks insane at near 80. Robby is another guy who just loves the sport.

Also, don’t forget that if you stack you shoulders and joints like a powerlifter bench, you will turn the angle into a flat bench. Not wrong with it, but with a light incline setting here, do like Wesley did on the video, he protects his shoulders but not so much arch. Go after my friend. 👍

I have to say that I’ve done an incline smith machine a few times when I find a gym that has one…. It’s freaking awesome. I’m a big fan of old school free weights but this is such a good movement. Arrange the bench and bar height, so the bar touches the chest clavicle.

Right. When you go all the way up, tend to lock your your elbow loosing the full contraction in the muscle.
