Just watched your compact tea farm video you did today. Also recently watched Wiljums fish trap video. Would absolutely love to see some type of combination of the two strategies. I lost my pc in a house fire last year and have been playing vicariously through KZbin or I’d definitely try doing it myself.

Used this design for our first wipe doing teas/fish. Modified it quite a bit for more output and offline/online raid protection. Planter section we turned into a 4x7, with jump ups at each end, Honeycomb the same + we added extra at the connection between core and the farm and on the tc so we could get a better footprint for the extra floor we added for bedrooms. In the centre strip of the roof we added a long bedroom/shop for base defense. Did the best we could with the roof, down peaks etc. Then added 4 externals. Also a very sneaky loot hiding spot and a couple more. We have completely tanked the tea market, selling pures for 100 sulf haha had numerous raid attempts which has been great as we normally focus on pvp. We spam stacks of cloth for like 10 bear meat which makes the fish farm op then we just use the scrap for materials, sams and attack helis.

@@Dukeofboots1 she aint pretty but she has spirit.. So you know how you left a hole in the floor for your fish farm? Well, one of us goes down there at night with whatever goodies we dont want to lose and sleeps with the fishies. we place a wooden floor over the hole, then hide it with a planter. job done.

you can use half height shelves to increase planter quantity by 50% if you change one side of the planting area from windows to full walls, also i would not leave the foundations beneath the bunker as twig to save on upkeep on the off chance that some form of damage makes it through any gaps.

Ok so i did this base but didnt do the 2nd story farm yet. I got raided while I was at work started at 9am. The guy was still raiding at 3pm when i got off work and I had time to find him and take his base. I guess they couldnt find the core it was so solid. Definitely gonna keep using this base.

That’s great to hear, well not the getting raided part 😂. Farm bases have a target on them, clans love to raid them. I used it on a solo server and it lasted all wipe though

When building this make sure the water is flat. I tried to build it downstream a river and it wouldn't let me place the traps as the water was lower from the initial test foundations.

Depends on terrain, a lot will change on the world update but a makeshift external is pretty straightforward. Build out two times with squares and go back in a semi circle with triangles

I can’t put a figure on it but if you sell teas and get the fish then more scrap than you’ll ever need.
