30% nitro you should add a head shim or can cause detonation- not good! Most stock engines run 5-20% nitromethane. Glow plug selection is also important depending on outside temperature. Keep up the great work brother!

I’m a big V8 muscle guy but I also like four-cylinder VTEC’s as well So let’s just say overall I love Engines that’s why I love Nitro RC‘s. I got pretty mad when that fool called you a fool but felt better when you put him out to all of us in the Stream.

Great video. Just opened up mine, but first tank. It just kept idling super high and wheels were go like had e throttle pulled all the way. Any idea? Tried adjusting idle needle, etc

That rs4 you have there,look exactly like mine. But i have the t3.0 in mine a nitro rs4 evo as its called.. I use it on a really cool track meant for cars like this each summer when i am on vacation. I agree with you that it is a great engine. Its not as good as the .12 race engines,but for a RTR engine its really good.

Maybe try a radiator clamp with a screw to adjust it instead of the zip tie. Then it'll fit all sizes of exhaust and not come off.

oh hell yes brother!! I used to go to AHC in midtown Manhattan on West 31st right near PENN station. It was great, I even purchased a brand new Tamiya Terra Crusher there and they gave all customers a Pint of free nitro fuel..

The kyosho fw06 is made in Taiwan and China. Only the top of the line kyosho are made in Japan

Don't throw out the bat tree (battery) recycle it at any home Depot Lowe's or maybe the crappy company Menards or Best buy By the way this whole time I thought the car you gave me was an a959 when it's actually a 144001 I took it to the track at my local hobby shop and I broke it I'm sorry I also broke three others but I don't care about those hopefully I can get the parts for this one I bought a manual on eBay for it hopefully it will have an exploded parts view in it Keep us posted on how your dog is doing

hey dude! yes, the one I sent you is significantly much better than the cheap plastic a959. This model is light years ahead, and runs almost like a hobby grade 1/10 electric touring car. ITs got good oil filled shocks and runs very straight, as I'm sure you already saw. The Nitro Dog Teddy is doing better! I'm very happy, all it took was 2 vet visits and meds for a total price of 650 dollars. But he is much better now, still appears to have eye sight problems though. . Working on that now. . He is 18, not young, about the average age on my Nitro RC fleet, lol..

If you don't have 3 in 1 oil, can you just put a few drops of fuel in there first? Also, for a first start is 16% nitro fine to use? (I'm a noob)

Hey buddy! Id be happy to help you out. Well The idea of putting in fuel instead of oil will not really help with lubricating the engine unless you already have a bunch of oil mixed into the fuel to begin with. and yes 16% Nitro is fine when I first started out in the hobby I ran 20% nitrile for many many years it’s really just a basic tuning adjustment of the high speed needle to compensate
