Reason why hyde deals chip is because in lore his sword the insulator is an exs splitter like an attom splicer but for exs

Hyde has chip damage because of lore related stuff, (I think) he has the insulator so then it's like the strongest weapon that destroys exs so, I guess it makes sense.
