Hyderabad we have almost zero buying.. Why do we need high rise? Do we have land scarcity? Do we have ocean? With emotional buying later suffering FOMO. stop. This non sense sir.. Real estate is the bad sector for common man.

As of now we don’t have land scarcity, but in the well established areas we cant increase land as per choice because it’s gods creation, even people are making lab grown diamonds and gold but we cannot create lands so owing a land is great creation of wealth

@DhruvReddy999 it's FOMO. Days are changed the pupil mindset changed you can't trap the pupil to purchase flats or land. Human life should not EMI based monthly it should be tension free. Software jobs are not permanent. Anytime can be rolled back. Creating wealth only happens when it is invested in good assets not flat or land.
