One reason Vijayawada highway did not grow much is due to the Floride water problem in Choutuppal and beyond. Land is also is very rocky, will be more expensive to build and water problem will be more.

Most of Hyderabad is under rocky terrain as it is Deccan plateau . Water issue must be checked in any area prior puchase as part of due diligence.

Sir I remember few weeks back you suggested south side Hyderabad areas like Ameerpet,Thimmapur,kothur, Nagaram,Gollur and Mansanpally where budget is around 15-20k per yard. Also not very far from ORR especially Nagaram village which is just 5-10 kms from ORR where you can find 15-20k per yard. Here also we have Good road, railway station and Airport infrastructure. Also this zone is near to Airport and also West zone IT companies are around 35-40 KMs only which takes 1hour-1:30 minutes only. Also in near future we are getting Airport Metro. But you changed your stand against it. Can you please explain.

Yes , ofcourse those areas are definitely good. we only mentioned the distance on 'highways' as a comparison stand point for some investors who just go based on the highway distance. Note: You can always get a better price if you go inside instead of scouting on highways.

Drastic growth raavalante IT companies raavali..which is highly unlikely as employees are not willing to shift to east side. People who were asked to shift to Pocharam campus in Infosys shifted to other companies. So the east Hyderabad might still see development in infrastructure, but it wont be anywhere close to West Hyderabad.

Hello sir, Can you tell what is the best area to invest on Apartment. Many builders hyper inflated prices in west side so looking for alternative areas which has future growth in next 5 years with affordable prices. Gated community apartment please. How is North side like suchitra and kompally for future. Schools and commute to west. Big builders hyper inflated rates for no reason. Not interested in lands due to many issues with lands and lot of loop holes in registrar offices and political involvement in lands.
