Hyderabad real state market is 50 years ahead of any andhra city. Hyderabad is gods gifted city in terms of weather/ centralised connectivity to other city’s/ cosmopolitan culture/ rest comes the IT and Pharmaceutical hub… Bangalore highway will be fastest organic growth sector compared to any other west Hyderabad. Specially Airport near Areas like Kothur till shadnagar will boom In triple digits in next 10 years…. Andra pradesh Amravaty will also grow but its tortoise growth compared to cheeta growth of Hyderabad. Real competition for Hyderabad is with Bangalore and Mumbai.

So Hyderabad prices is abnormal butjits just 10 to 20% more than actual prices..But the land rates in amaravati is already abnormal... With no employment project.... Hyderabad has 10lakh software employees and 20lakhs depending on the software sector.... Once neopolis completes another 1 to 2 lakh employees will be added.... One thing to consider is most of the developers are from Andhra and Andhra politicians...common Andhra citizens may have sentiment for thier region but politicians are not the same they are much interested in profits. Few developers and thier relatives around my region bhanur, mokhila, kokapet and shankarpally are now elected as MP and MLA from TDP Y do u think Rayalseema is under developed even though most CMs are from Rayalseema...politicians don't care about people sentiment only profits.

No that's not true and as you think it's that not easy to compete with hyderabad to build ah city like hyderabad even for ah central govt it takes 25 to 30 years . Moreover amaravathi is ah child and child should grow for growing child should take nutrients and food you know how much it costs 8 lakh core + for 24000 acers of capital venture . Amaravathi is preast like ah gated comunity . To build normally it takes at least 4 years to complete 2 towers and 30 buildings apartments .
