Just imagine, Prestige City which is situated in Hyd Outskirts, beyond airport, is charging 8400 psft for an apartment, 2028 possession.And people are buying like crazy. They really fail to understand the basics of finance and investments. All those noobs will be trapped.

In Hyderabad 100% Construction is on rock and mountains . Most of the high rises will not have water and power if there is no rain in maharastra and telangana. Only few years we will see the news coming .. mumbai water scarcity is so much that few if the highvrises water comes weekly twice. When uou dont have basic amenities what will sky line do .. Just laughing listening to all the bubble hype around hyderabad. God only save us

So, he buys a house only for investment and doesn't stay in it. And for lifestyle, rents an apartment, but doesn't buy it. Sends a different message. It would be a different story if he sold that house to buy this apartment.

Mumbai has land expansion limitations but not Hyderabad .

Buy flat in a standalone and stay a minimalistic life.. 90% of the amenities are not used and are not needed..we only try to imitate west but western world except the US lives a very minimalistic life. We are only paying for the amenities that we don't use. We can pay for amenities but you can't onboard a professional to train you. All these high rises will make you poor. Now nobody will listen as you will be young and earning two salaries. Time will show you the reality.

Well, I don't think those irreplaceable apartments are in the budget of the middle class. But they are a good choice for those who can afford. And, as the prices of lands are inflated, they are likely to stagnate in the coming years. So what we pay for UDS can also remain stagnant. Right?
