Love my sauna blanket. I have also starting using a portable sauna by SteamBox. It has been amazing as well! I use sauna for recovery, but also for longevity. Dementia runs in my family, so I religiously use some form of a sauna to hopefully help stave off this horrible disease. Thanks for the review!

Hi there. Im currently on week 1 of recovery of a total hip replacement, also my left hip so really enjoying following your journey. I've a heat/sauna blanket and cant wait to start using it. Wondering how soon after your surgery you started using yours? Thanks again for the videos and updates. Reasuring watching someone of a similar age and active also

I definitely waited until it was safe to use a hot tub or take bath, which my doctor said was at least 6 weeks. Good luck to you in your recovery!

It would definitely have to be a checked bag, but yes it’s lite enough in weight to travel.

No discount? Do you have a code? I’ll be getting hip surgery… I am 39… how’s your recovery going? I fractured my femur in July, had surgery, three screws, they settled and are coming out so will most likely be needing a full hip replacement
