Hydrangea No-Bake Jelly Cheesecake ～ 紫陽花 ゼリーチーズケーキ

the rainy season has started in Japan today,so,i made Hydrangea shaped no-bake cheesecake.it looks like Wagashi,isn't it?;)

Only because they are using microwave: people that don't have it must use the cooker. So it's not a no bake cheesecake: you can skip the use of cooker if you have a microwave. It can be a no bake cheesecake, but it's not always a no bake cheesecake. In a no bake recipe I expect just mixing ingredients.

MsStresa I think she means that it's a fridge set (regular) cheesecake not a baked cheesecake. Baking refers to cooking the whole dish in an oven (generally speaking)

Laurabelle I get it :) for me that's a normal cheesecake, and when I think about a sweet recipe that is not baked I think about tiramisù (if you don't bake cookies and use instant coffee). When you make an american cheesecake you have to use the oven, I didn't think about it.

Wow, that looks awesome but it also looks like a lot of work! Maybe instead of carefully placing each cube of jelly onto the cheesecake, you could make a flat "film" by placing the cubes in cooled clear jelly liquid in a tray, then letting it set? It wouldn't quite have the same effect, but it would be much easier.

I am amazed like others....seriously your patience can't be explained in words. I had one question can't the gelatin be directly poured over the first phase without making separate jelly cutting and then placing it one by one.......i don't have that much patience that's why asked this question if this can work? I mean if i use the same bown freeze the agar with added colour and then make it hollow to fix over the 1st part 😊😊
