My hydrangea seeds are huge size of a pumpkin seed I'm bit concerned now lol I didn't realise I had to stratify them,I brought them from a reputable seller.

Would these be a candidate for winter sowing outside? I live in the northeast and purchased climbing hydrangea seeds. It looks like many of your steps replicate winter sowing. Just curious...Thanks so much!...Paul

I winter sowed oakleaf hydrangeas and it worked out so well! (They're in my videos, if you're curious--sorry my tours are a bit long). My one suggestion would be to NOT cover them with any soil as the poster did in this video. They should just be surface sown and misted to get good contact with the soil.

Hello , so I have a question or two.. I have these seeds and that tray . It’s now spring in New Hampshire zone 4 .. last frost date is may 22 I think Do I plant the seeds as u did put them in the fridge till end of may ? Now I live unfortunately in a camper and I do have a heat mat but no basement. I can put the seeds in a closet but I can’t put the mat in there with it . The heating mat is in my room under a lamp for other plants .. What is it that I shall do for all these situations? Thank u

I’m confused you used none of items I’ve been told to use . Also your seeds are bigger ! I’ve got these really tiny seeds from some company online .. I’m about to put them In my seed box but been told to use coir, perlite and vermiculite! The seeds are so Tiny I really don’t know how I’m Supposed to pick em up !! 😮
