Why you guys use sliding method instead of crane/cranes to lift it?

Safety because the transformer never it’s on the air without any support underneath, instead with the crane the transformer it’s 1 meter on the air and in this space you need 2 cranes. Crane need one day to prepare and load the counterweights on the trucks, one day to set up lift and un setup, one day to set up again unload and un setup and one day to unload all the counterweights to HQ so total 4 days. Sliding system you need half day to prepare the trailer and the equipment, one day to load and transport the transformer, one day to unload and half day to unload all the equipment in HQ so total 3 days.
